Tajweed Workshop for Women Planned in Pakistan
ISLAMABAD (IQNA) – A workshop on Tajweed recitation of the Quran for women is planned in Pakistan later this month.
According to IQNA dispatches, the workshop will be held at Khadijeh Kubra (SA) Islamic School in the city of Jacobabad, Sindh province.
It is slated to start on February 19 and will run for 25 days, the organizers said.
The Sakinah Bint Hussein (AS) Women’s Society in Sindh Province will cooperate in organizing the workshop.
It is aimed at teaching women the principles of Tajweed recitation of the Quran and helping them get more acquainted with Quranic teachings.
The participants will receive certificates of attendance at the end of the workshop.
