According to sharjah24.ae, the program started on February 12 and will conclude on February 15.
Those taking the course learn the methods of contemplation on the Quran and get acquainted with the meanings and concepts of the verses.
The Quranic themes of the course are taught by Nayel Mamduh Abuzeyd, teacher of religious principles at Sharjah University.
According to the secretary of the Islamic Association of Sharjah, the main objective of the course is to disseminate Quranic sciences and Islamic culture in society by presenting academic experiences of the association, which he said are based on the Holy Quran and Nabawi Sunnah.
He added that the UAE seeks to promote a culture based on Islamic teachings and the association is making efforts by holding various cultural and religious programs to help the objective realized.
