According to al-Yawm al-Sabi website, it will begin on Monday at the center’s new library and run for three days.
A number of religious leaders, scholars and political figures from different countries will be attending the seminar, titled “Islam and the West, Variety and Evolution”.
It is aimed at moving toward a common view of how to deal with issues related to Islam and the west and help integration of Muslim minority communities in the societies where they live.
‘Promotion of relations between Islam and the west’, ‘tension between Muslims and others in Europe’, and ‘national and ethnocentrism and the status of religion’, are among the topics that will be discussed at the event.
