Recent Events Signify Greatness of Iranian Nation: Leader
In a message to the 54th meeting of the Union of University Students Islamic Associations in Europe, Ayatollah Khamenei wrote, “This year, your meeting is held amid important developments each of which in some way attest to the greatness and credit of the Islamic Iran and its revolutionary nation.”
The Leader referred to “martyrdoms, cases of military muscle-flexing, people’s unprecedented presence, … and the religious and spiritual approach in a large number of youths all over the country” as factors that indicate a unique phenomenon in today’s world.
It is a phenomenon that could have profound and decisive effects in the future of history, Ayatollah Khamenei said, adding that the second phase of the Islamic Revolution should lead this phenomenon to fruition and perfection.
The message was read out at the beginning of the meeting in Vienna, Austria, on Saturday.
