2nd Vol. of Quran Encyclopedia for Teenagers to Be Published

The second volume of the Holy Quran Encyclopedia for Teenagers will be presented at the 27th international book fair in Tehran.


This is according to Hojat-ol-Islam Ali Khorasani, director of the Encyclopedias Section of the Holy Quran’s Culture and Teachings Center, who told IQNA that the first volume of the collection was presented at the exhibition last year.



He said that the encyclopedia is specified for students at the second level of secondary school and papers in the collection have been edited by a number of Quran experts based on the level of knowledge and understanding of this group.



The encyclopedia will include 1200 entries totally and the entire collection will be completed in 12 volumes, with 120 topics and entries each.



Hojat-ol-Islam Khorasani added that the entries of the volumes are published in different colours making the work more attractive for the users.



The first volume included topics about water, fire, historical works, Adam, tranquility, wishes, sky, the end of time, Al Ibrahim, Al Davoud, signs of God, Satan, etc.



The member of the scientific board of the center said that the third volume of the collection has also been compiled and it is being edited.
