Egyptian Qari’s Recitation of Surah Yusuf (+Video)
CAIRO (IQNA) – Yassir Mahmoud Abdul Khaliq al-Sharqawi is a young and renowned Quran reciter in Egypt and the Muslim world.
Born in 1985, he has recited the Quran in many international events, including the opening ceremony of the Arab League Summit in Sharm el-Sheikh.
Following footage features his recitation of Verse 23 of Surah Yusuf:
“And she in whose house he was sought to make himself yield (to her), and she made fast the doors and said: Come forward. He said: I seek Allah's refuge, surely my Lord made good my abode: Surely the unjust do not prosper.”
